In the morning they see deer pass through the woods, across the almost 12 acre property, but I don't have a photo to show you....yet. I did see a group of five deer run through Cadence Point when it was completely wooded, so I'm glad to hear they've returned, if only passing through.

3rd House Being Built in Cadence Point
We've built & sold the first two homes in Cadence Point and have begun to build a third.
