To Enjoy Two 2nd Annual Events:

the Transylvania Farm Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on East Jordan St., at the American Legion, (come for freshly prepared breakfast from local fare, learn about the thriving small family farms in the county, meet the folks who bring food to your table), and

the Founders Day Fair from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Transylvania Heritage Museum on West Main St., next door to RCG Realty for music, clogging, & a Civil War encampment in our back yard! Marco's, HobNob & Kiwi Gelato will be serving food.

The residents of Cadence Point say it's quiet and peaceful here, like living in the country, but just over a mile to the Courthouse at the intersection of Broad & Main, the heart of Brevard.

In the morning they see deer pass through the woods, across the almost 12 acre property, but I don't have a photo to show you....yet. I did see a group of five deer run through Cadence Point when it was completely wooded, so I'm glad to hear they've returned, if only passing through.
